The trouble with the flat coat might be two things. One, spray VERY light coats and two, humidity, flat coat will "frost?" kind of get chalky, if sprayed in anything but dry air. I always wait till it's low humidity to spray and have had much better results.....Rich

You are absolutely right! I sprayed in humid basement :(
