Ok - upper hull is cut and dry fit. So far, looks like it's fitting together good. Next big step is to glue it up. Plan on laying a book over top, during the drying phase to keep it flat.

Awesome start!!
I love the designer's way of making a strong internal frame, looks quite sturdy. Looking forward to seeing this build develop further! Cheers! Jim |

Nuts
So I've been struggling. As you can see in the pic - I have a fit problem. The lower hull went on great and I checked the angles of the spin and ribs, they're all square. If I put the two halfs of the upper together, it leaves the port side stern area of the hull form un-covered.
Any suggestions?

Hello Greg,
That gap looks like a challenge. Have you thought of a solution yet? If not, you have Askold there somewhere? Mike |

Close the gap and trim the frame at the stern.

The Askold is coming along.
Been thinking on trimming that location however, not sure how that'll work with the lower hull in place. I'll fiddle with it, maybe get a compromise fix that will keep my happy.
