Hi guys,I went through this topic on Konradus and I have found out that The Model of the Ticonderoga is poorly designed. At the present stage The Author of the topic on Konradus has problems with a hull frames which do not match. So i presume that there will be more problems during constructions.....at the minute i would not advise to buy one but wait and see what come next.As it may turn out that the model is not worth time and money spent on it..
Regards.

John, there was a very old model of the angled deck essex class carriers by a company called Mon. it looked old Maly style in design and paper, I might have owned it years ago but gave up on thinking i would build it and ebayed it. disappointing about the present ticonderoga. I guess its fall back on the 1/300 maly essex and the 1/400 jsc intrepid models for the ww2 version of this class.

One might hope that an advantage of paper models over other forms is that it shouldn't be that difficult to release a fix to those errors...if it is just the formers, then a downloadable PDF might suffice...?
