Ted, confusion abounds when multiple ships exist with the same name. For some reason, I was thinking that the DB kit of the Helena was CA-75, not CL-50. You right....a big gap exists in the paper model fleet.

The many redundant names confuse me too. I just have the baltimore class on my mind and have gathered plans for her and pittsburgh to close that gap some day. I thought about worchester too, kinda reminds me of a smaller alaska class ship.

Trumpeter does not make one in plastic. I believe that Iron Shipwright makes a resin one in 1/700 scale.

Well speaking of the Baltimore class cruisers, I would like to build one since my father-in-law served on the USS Toledo (CA-133). He is a plankholder of the Toledo, so he is in his late 80's, so I figure I need to get started but I don't have the experience to scratch build it.

Thank you
