Very detailed build! Congrats, my friend. This scale is a hard one to work with, in my opinion. The arad seaplane looks great too.

i really enjoy the jsc ships but i dont like the scale so tend to blow them up to a3.that size i can work at.

Hi Dave. She's 2' and 1/2" {24 and a half inches} long. Yeah i really enjoyed building this. Happy days

Hey Peter, can you give me a few hints on your rigging? I want to strech a few cables on my scharnhorst, but I think the horizontal mast beams are too fragile.

Did you use any special thread?

The way i got the masts and beams to be more rigid was to use plenty of ca glue {super Glue} Let it soak into the paper tube and dry thoroughly. I used standard cotton thread for the cables, only trouble with that is that it attracts dust and is hard to keep dust free... use something better like fishing line or similar Hope this helps.
