John, the 1:72 is on indefinite hold until I can work out some serious format issues, so far this 1:100th is the best I can offer, it might go into a second limited print but I can't even guarantee that.

Flywheels and steam cylinders

Here are the completed flywheels. New parts are the linkages and steam cylinders. I don't know if the linkages are done right, but they're the best I could do, and look okay to me.

Articulated connecting rods, cranks and crank shaft.

Engine frame

The complex crank mechanism added to the engine frame, which is 1.5" across. There are 31 pieces in the first photo.
The second is a sneak peek of the engine frame in position onboard.

That is excellent.
