Thank you, friends, for your replies.

Sorry for long pauses between replies, but I´m very busy with work around my family house this summer.

Abhovi: Thank you for explanation, Ab. I think your picture explains this part of plan. Am I right ? There´s no problem to change some planks after gluing of a keel to create this effect.

Dear friends,

I finally found a little time to continue on the model. I made some doors, keel and improved planking on the lower part of keel considering to plans and Ab´s instructions. I hope to have more time next months

Thanks, friends.

abhovi: I made them in the dark brown color, as 1 st wale, and as on each of my ship. Maybe it is unrealistic, but I do it always by this way. I think the result will be quite good ( as on San Salvador, for example ).

Here its something to consider about wales:
Anna Maria 1694 ( firdajan 2 ) 1:96-willem_van_de_velde_ii_-_dutch_men-o-war_and_other_shipping_in_a_calm.jpg
This is a beautiful picture by Willem van de Velde, with several ships on it. None of them has dark wales, except the yacht left in the background. Draw your conclusions...
