What-if the Russian Coast Guard got the A-90

Dear All;

I like the what-ifs because you are not restricted to the mundane details of accuracy and there are a number of projects which could have been very interesting but they need verisimilitude. This is the case of the A-90 ekranoplan, and its bigger sibling the Lun. In my humble opinion it could have been a rapid reaction, patrol or rescue vehicle, as fast as 400 kph, substantially faster than a regular helicopter (not a tilt rotor aircraft). An obvious user could have been the Russian Coast Guard (Береговая охрана) so I did this recolor, and Serg3t kindly vectorized it. The reference to the models can be found here:

Not exactly a USCG vessel but the equivalent on the other side.
