Akitsushima; 1/200; Answer

A new model. Folowing my rule of trying to do a little bit of everything and after the B-17 and the S. Matias church this time a ship.
The Akitsushima its an interesting model and many people have done it before, lets see what I can do.

After almost seven months without bringing news about the model I came here today to show a small advance in the model.
This time I glued the deck. I also glued some paper strips to help me gluing the hull parts.

Do not worry. the best way is to try to do better and to gain valuable experience.

To make a flat windows I use some kind of water glue. It's transparent at all. The turret and front / tail convex glass was made with hot extrusion. Material from plastic bottle with thin structure.
