HMS Hardy H87 H-class destroyer leader - free! :-)
HMS Hardy, H-class destroyer leader which fought to its destruction in the 1st Battle of Narvik, 10Apr40, with the death of her captain and the H-class flotilla commodore, Captain Bernard Warburton-Lee (posthumous Victoria Cross).
Anyone is free to print off a copy for their own personal/recreational use. All other publishing rights are reserved to me.) My thanks to Australian Mal Wright for his ultimate-authority help regarding Hardy's deck colors. I hope/trust British destroyers *were* carrying their pennant numbers on the side and stern - I should have asked - it can be corrected easily enough if not. (LOVE computer graphics/painting. :-) ) A finer, better quality version of this will be on my Lou Coatney's Military and Naval History Games, Writings, and Models webpage. |

I'm realigning the gun shields and torpedo tubes, so that there don't have to be so many different straight-edge settings and scorings.
Assembly is proceeding, and I'll post some photos tonight. |

Hardy today. There *is* sheer at the bow, although it is hard to see at this angle.

I've got some minor adjustments to make, JL, so you might hold off for a couple days.
