I need some help. The kit has many single mount 25mm AA, but there is nothing in the plans on where to place them. I searched the internet in vain. There is a great classic photo of here super zoomed in on damaged state on wikepedia that still is difficult to spot the positions of those guns.

Anyone know?

Thanks I did, found it last night.

From the image it appears they pretty much placed them in the center of the flight deck. All these years the "debris" he mentions I thought was bomb shrapnel, the image is the ship in a severely damage state not too long before she went down. Since those guns are temporary installations I will model her with only the deck edge placements as I want to install the air wing.

They were place at the centre because at the time the photo was taken Zuiho was badly damaged so she had to have and additional protection since her planes could not protect her. But most of the time they were not placed on the deck.

Thought I'd be done by now but things as always happen. Both of the Jills and one zero are built. I built the two Jills since there was only the two. 4 zeros are provided and I normally will build one complete to see if issues need to be worked around when multiple units are required. I w build the other 3 as this week progresses. No surprises and I feel for a somewhat simplified design these built into decent aircraft for this scale.

All that remains in the deck edge netting the three remaining zeros.

The Jills and the Zero look very good especially considering the scale. Have you been practcing on Bruno's little planes? j/k
