For model ship builders: It's not paper, but . . .

I have just listed on eBay a wood kit for a cross-section of the USS Constitution, "Old Ironsides," in 1/93 scale. The kit is by Mamoli of Italy, and it is listed at a bargain price.
Please note: The kit does not include the bottle of whiskey pictured on the box. I'm keeping that.

Good looking cross section rendition.
I think something like it could be done nicely in paper/card.

Did not ABC magazine do cross section of a gun deck in one of their older kits ? not as detailed but a good start for budding ship builders? if you can find the magazine with the kit in it.

Perhaps HMV or Shipyard could produce a kit.
