Various Passenger Liners

While I am busy with Cap Arcona and there are no pics yet, I´d like to show some older builds of mine. The first is the RMS Olympic, made from the Fly Model Titanic. I gave my best to include all the changes between the two sisters. As usual I would now solve the one or other aspect differently, but each model is a child of its creation and time including the techniques and material available. I built it in 2010/11. The model shows the liner after the 1913 refit with all additional lifeboats and collapsibles

The original funnel color from Fly Model was orange-pink, I changed it into yellow. White Star chose a buff color, so my yellow is a bit too Norddeutscher Lloyd-like. My old heritage from Bremen, the home port of the Lloyd, comes through.

Watched your work in the past but still, your work is of the highest quality. Modeling at its best!

The next model is the Batory, built in 2014. This is a wonderfully-detailed model by Maly Modelarz 1:300, de-scaled into 1:250. It´s a rather unknown model, that is why I want to encourage future builders to try it.
