This is the first time I see a blind sail (below the bowsprit) in combination with jibs. I always thought one was replaced by the other. I thought the bare yard only remained to help stabilize the bowsprit.
Beautifully executed though, Tomek.

Thank Gents for comments.
Ab, well,.. I am testing all the sails, that probably appeared on her, as it is "a test model". The spritsail is suggested by Jotika, so I placed it. (but maybe it is a mistake) There are no "water holes" in it, because I was afraid to spoil the sail, when cutting holes off.
Jibs are three (but why not two or four:-)) As far as I know the "sets" of sails used at the same time were different depending on weather conditions, wind direction and its strength, etc.
The same will be with the studding sails which I'm going to place them all. Hence there will be too many sails at one time, I am aware of this.

Best
Tomek

Funny for what different purposes we can make paper models. I understand yours. And maybe I am wrong about the combination of spritsail and jibs. Not really a Dutch item .
This is another way to deal with models: I sat with my son for a morning at the computer and thanks to photoshop this popped out:

More of this later. We are planning to make new old-masters and publish them as prints on paper or canvas.

Hi,
It was horribly difficult, but in the end I managed to make fore sails:

Rigging is most time-consuming, but you die a terrific job.
