Hi Don,
This is the Digital Navy USS Arizona, don't have the skill level yet to design, maybe in the future. Bryan |

And if anyone has any tips on where to start glueing I'm all ears. Now that I have the dry fit, seems daunting to pull it all apart and start with glue.

Great job! Really looking forward to this one. The details in the Digital Navy model are daunting to say the least, but should be very rewarding when complete. Keep posting.

Another update. Spent some time on the underside, still haven't glued anything yet, just cutting and placing everything.

Had some time after work today, so I finally took the plunge and got to glueing! Got some tacky glue (thanks shipbuild) and super glue (thanks KCStephens) and finished the hull. Lots of fun! Started again with the above waterline portions and glued them to the template. Once that was dry, got to work below the waterline. Took about 4 hours give or take. Now I can't quit looking at it, checking out the beautiful lines and lookin forward to skinning. Don't mind the dirty workroom
Any tips for skinning the hull? |
