Excellent model Matt. It gives the impression that the original was quite big ... until you see that 8th photo.

Hi John...
The Welman was 17ft, 3in [5.26m] long unarmed, and 20ft 6in. [6.25m] long with its 500lb [230kg] Torpex explosive charge attached.

Hi.

I think it may be a one off home made job. In which case if you cannot find further references, you should feel free to do your own thing and make something that looks like the photos. You can use the men to work out rough sizes.

I will search the net this week and see if I can find more on the little tractor.
