Af Chapman
Hi Ab,
You probably already know that we have a 19th century ship in Stockholm's harbour named "HMS af Chapman"? She was built in England in 1888 and first christened "Dunboyne" - here are some photos: Sailing ship Af Chapman in Stockholm, Sweden, Sweden, sailing ship Stock Photo, Royalty Free Image: 136216472 - Alamy She was completely overhauled and painted about three years ago, also today a very fine and original youth hostel, by the way - an excellent stay in the capital! The very best from Stockholm, Bengt |

Thank you Pat_Craft. In paperwork any language is OK.
Michael Mash: you will be served at the spot. Today I will present another work horse I started last week. Bengt F: That sure looks like a nice stay in Stockholm. I'll keep it in mind next time I come. A bit odd to call an apparently 19th century ship after an 18th century shipbuilder, but well deserved. Chapman was one of the greatest. |
