Just saying hi!

Apologies to Greg since I thought that I had started my own stream yesterday.

Hey Fred and Mike, scratch-building is a load of fun but uses up a lot of card in rebuilds - at least for me.

Gil, I've missed you a lot, and I don't remember the other names at this point to say hi to.

Mike - I don't want to do tank models - I mean I DO - and would rather be working on ships but the concentration for design and building is huge and I've bee brought pretty low by my own life events of the last few years.

I have a number of kits already printed which makes it easy for folks inside the U.S. I think that I will continue to charge $35.00 U.S. for the kits (nobody wants Lavoisier anyway, right?) in order to keep some control on people who want to pile up models without building them. I said that poorly.

I'll figure out how to make arrangements with folks that want the models, if they do, soon I hope.

Gil -

I've moved my thinking from railings, although they are never far from my mind, to other things which are pains. Ladders with rails are tough little bits and I have yet to find a 3D printer which has the resolution to do what I want at these scales.

Glue Gun converted to 3D Pen....,

Carl,

Looking around I found this 3D Pen that's been around for several years. I think it would be fun to play around with though coming up with objects at scale would most likely be a real stretch. They're a cross between a 3D print head and a glue gun. The media used might be an interesting item to put in the grab bag....,

Hey there Carl. still watching everyone building your great designs. I've been using your name in vain, ie letting people know some of the aircraft building techniques you taught us. Missed you, your builds and designs, hope things are going better.
