There is a problem with the Jahre Viking Peter.

2 weeks a go I toke her to a trade fair. For 2 days it was standing there:

The weather was very cold outside so the heating was on, in the night the put out the heating and in the morning they put it on again.
The ship was standing right under de warm airflow of the heater.
So the cold of the night and the hot air in the day had a terrible effect on the ship.
She is like the waves she's is sailing and 15 spots broke open

Now she is standing in a air and temperature controlled chamber to recover.
It's working well and there are improvements, I hope to start the repair soon.

For the pipes I have another few ideas to work on, keep you posted

Fred

Ditto for me Fred. Hope that you can bring her back to life without too much trouble. Really been enjoying this thread.

I know Marco and I want also to go on with here, but......
After the Nordlys I start the built of the Queen Mary 2.
So she, and you, has to wait a little longer unfortunately
