The model doesn't have the incipient whaleback deck, but it does has the "dalex" turrets.

Jaguar-Class

This is a well known model by Wilhelmshavener reduced from its traditional 1/250 to 1/400. The model is relatively simple compared to other CG models now available, but I am more concern with a complete collection rather than a super detailed boat. My camera doesn't like to take pictures without sun light. I hope you like it.

This is the JSC HMS Plejad, which I consider the granddaddy of all the modern FAC. The only puzzling thing about the class is their open bridge for the frigid weather of the Baltic. Other than that it looks so modern, early 50s in contrast to the Jaguar-Class late 50s!
I hope you like it, and if you have any feedback do not hesitate.
Happy modeling.

ps there is at the end a gathering of other Swedish navy craft available in paper (there are three more in my to do list, including the Spica).

I wonder if the open bridge was closed over later. One would think the bitter cold would degrade performance of the crew on duty there.

Any Swedish Navy buffs who could give some light on the issue?
By the way the Smyge and the Visby are by Gunnar Sillen.

Ensembles

These are the groups of the larger torpedo craft, both small and large torpedo boats, and fast attack craft from the Eastern Block. The Komar is a pre-papermodelers scratch build. Notice that it is painted rather than printed. It is in my re-do list.

Note:
When I opened the last tree pictures they look oblong the wrong way, or compressed in the x axis!

Lürssen FPB 62

Although this vessel does not operate in the Baltic nor it is a torpedo boat, it was constructed by the superb constructor of fast attack craft of the Baltic, Lürssen.

I just did a quick review of this misile corvete from Kartonowa Flota in 1/300.

Missile Corvette from Baharain in 1/300 from Kartonowa Flota

ps: I hope I can build this one relatively fast (in my time scale means months or years, but not decades)
