Well my printing was awesome, but I will admit my scaling had a bit to be desired...

I cut them, don't remember laser cut being available then.
The model is long and thin. Beware twist. I had to make it twice to get it straight.
cheers Jim

Ok now that I know the problem was in my printing of the parts not the laser cut forms, I started over.
So Laser cut form page A and Laser-printed parts page M,
Aleene's Fast Grab Tacky Glue.

65lb, 176 g/m^^2 Neenah Bright white premium cardstock -

I got mine at walmart for $3.89 for 80 sheets

For the under strips, I used plain copy paper -really cheap (very thin) I will check the thickness next time I fill the printer, (cardstock would have been too thick and made the skins not fit...

This time the skins fit perfectly. I can't wait to start on the next section,
in such a gorgeous model the flat(ish) anchor looked silly, I will need to scratchbuild one. Anyway everything lined up perfectly and the bow just basically fell together.

I was just using regular office scissors for this part, I need to use my craft scissors and and exacto blade for the detail on the bow planes, so that is to come...

it seems to line up nicely

These sections aren't glued they are just stacked.

Made a classic mistake, printed only part of the hull and then went back and printed more. the print colors don't match.
Same printer, same paper, I'm pretty sure in the second batch I selected quality over speed and in the first batch speed over quality.
I think I like the quality of the speed over the quality of the quality....
I need to strip the back two sections and reprint...
