There are several free downloads on digital navy . Com website, great for getting your feet wet. Print out extra parts great practice. Start small and work your way up.
This hobby is an 90% departure from what you may be used to, think of brass photo etch bending and folding, only 100% of the parts and a different medium.

Been going through the Admirably minesweeper. Actually been hung up on the K-gun for it. Instructions are definitely lacking on the freebie kits.

They pretty much lack in general for paper modeling. There's not much profit to be had with this hobby, tons of subjects and not many builders. Instruction writing is a slow painstaking process and the designers would starve to death spending time with instructions.

Hi HHasse;

Try "spacestation42.com." In the upper left corner is a menu "free paper toys'" Click it and you will get another menu. All sorts of models, some very good, some not so. But they are free and interesting. Enjoy
