USS Mayrant US Navy Benham Class destroyer
April’s Ship Modelers Association (SMA) meeting
Ship Modelers Association - About Us I am an airplane enthusiast and know very little about ships ; or US Navy Rank but that is another story. Since joining SMA I push paper modeling and bring something for the monthly SMA meeting display table. This month it will be the USS Mayrant Destroyer. Printed on 67lb Wausau Exact Vellum Bristol Thank you Waynemac, it is an impressive little guy 6.5 inches in length. And thank you again for providing Mayrant’s history; those facts will be displayed also. Bob Penikas |

For a fella that knows very little about ships I'd say you did right well Bob. Mayrant looks good.

Bob,
I'm looking forward to seeing this model on Friday. Now you are working in DTO's scale! Jim

That came out nice and I think that it is the perfect scale for these ships.

Very nice build, especially given the scale.
