The hull ribbing and deck is laser cut, the rest is hand cut. This is a great model that is well designed and parts are fitted well.

Just a little more progress, my hand is not too steady at the moment so the pictures are not that good. I have finished the details of searchlights, radars, directors but have not glued them on yet. They are just placed for pictures and then stored away for safety. The vents and anchor windlass are glued.

Great work on the search light platforms, main guns and funnels Padre.

Phoenix looks really good, and you're racing straight ahead!

Glad to see you are back in battery, Padre, after the recent medical issues.

Phoenix looks terrific. The gun director, radar, and searchlight suite are particularly impressive.

Despite your setbacks, the progress on this is quicker than many. That superstructure stands out nicely.

Getting back to work after illness, a little shaky so some work not so good. Added some extra overhang deck where the open 5" guns go. Aft 6" turrets, some railings and glued the directors, search light tower etc on. Put in propulsion shafts but no blades yet as I would probably break them off turning the ship as I work on it.

Looking terrific. You got some nice contrast in the images with the light from the window.
