Noticed you have not posted in awhile. I find this vessel interesting, beautifully designed and I find it intriguing to have been built not too many years after the American Civil War.
Hope to see you post more soon. Funny, you also built another vessel from HMV I am working on now.....B98. I also have on order the HMV Augusta Vistoria & laser cut extras.

yup no written instructions with any hmv models but excellent step by step diagrams .not an easy build for first liner .looking good so far

Ok - progress report. Have the main and upper decks on and am attaching the upper stage pieces now. Its looking ok. HMV has real tight tolerances so am paying close attention to my cuts. I continued with trying to show external ribs showing on the bulkheads. I like it but they should be more narrow. Ok for a first go round on this idea.

On the kit, I'm at part 50.

Making progress but slow. I have most of the upper deck now completed. Just a matter of getting the small auxiliary pieces on. Again, its a great kit.

l left some of the parts off that close up the funnel. I like the look of them being completely open/hollow.

Below are some of the latest pics. Enjoy!

Hello Greg,
I have seen this model built a number of times.
But Your rendition is remarkably neat and clean.

Nope - I'm still working on it. I'm stinking slow. Pardon.

Here are a few of the latest pics. I've gone with the alternate parts on the deck cranes (pics soon). Currently getting all the life boats put together and yes, pics soon. All of the air intakes kinda make a weird sci-fi look.

They made certain they had enough ventilators on this ship.
Nice to see your work again Greg.
