Unbelievable detail work! What material did you use to make the ladders and railings? (Since I didn't start at the beginning, this will probably turn out to be a dumb question.)

Thanks man. Ladders are PE parts from Halinski I got as a gift. For railings I use .2 mm and .3mm brass wire and sometimes I use EZ fine line. .3 wire I use to make vertical posts while .2 and EZ line for horizontal lines.

Started working on the first platform that is attached to the second chimney. There are two some kind of gear boxes that contains several parts each...Finished two of them, railing, bully's eye windows and supports for two rescue boats...

Fine details on the "funnels". Your model is setting a standard.

Thank you paperfan and rifleman for kind words. Here is the second platform done. This platform includes two search lights. Despite of several parts the lights from the kit were pretty simple HMS Hood-search-light.jpg so based on 3d model that I found on the internet I modified the lights to give more realistic look.

Started working on the second superstructure. It is much simpler than the first one and consisting 3 levels only. Here are pictures of the lowest one and Hood so far. Nothing is glued to the deck yet.

The level of detail on this model is insanely good.
It'll be worthy of a museum place when you have finished.
