The detail on the ladders is amazing, even cut out the sides. My eyes simply don't work well enough to do that. The homemade rails also have me envious.

I've had this model for years but never liked the paper Halinkski use to print it on. I see you're painting the kit. I've done that a lot on angraf ijn subjects for some really nice builds, but those models used good paper foundations. Are you satisfied with the glueing characteristics and stiffness of Halinkski paper.

I am pretty happy with quality of halinski's paper, I am not painting the kit, only edges of parts and always i am putting a bit of paint around whites areas where another part is attach to it just in case so any of white spots will not show up and of course i am painting the wires I am using for different parts.

Oh, then wow, I may need to revisit the kit. Ate you using white glue, my concern is the glossy surface and how well glue adhere to it. You build is incredible so far

I am using few glues. Budapren, super glue (thick gel and instant), and brand clear glue. I am not sure how your kit looks like but mine isn't glossy although before I cut any parts I used clear mat varnish (capon)on each side to protect the paper. Depends of the difficulties of certain parts I use different glue that fits my needs best, but I am still learning and experimenting a lot....
