Interesting subject . . . . . . those cage masts.
They certainly didn't have us modelers in mind when they designed those things.

Cool Mike I didn't think it would be long before another project would be underway! Looking forward to seeing this ship grow.

I will follow with great interest Michael. There is a large model of her in the Museum in Hartford. If you need any reference pictures, be glad to drop by and take them for you.

Thank you for the generous offer shipbuild.
I have quite a bit of good material to work from, so no need to make a special trip.
However, if you happen to be there, any images you send along would be fun to see.

Mike

I've alway thought she would be a great project. Maryland Silver are good people. Enjoy!

Hello Fred:
I think you are correct. I cannot find the site. Some other company with a similar name keeps coming up. I ordered my plans for Connecticut back in the spring or early summer. I had no problem with the site at that time. If it helps, here is the address:

The Maryland Silver Co.
P.O. Box 581
Craigsville, WV 26205

Thanks Shipbuild.
That is the as good an image of the bow decoration as I have seen.
But I am hoping to locate a more detailed close-up image, or a drawing.
Maybe someone following this thread has something like that.
Mike
