GPM 182 Bismarck

Hi again.
I have cut out all the pieces for the hull to Bismarck(GPM 182).
and are about to mount the individual parts.
I think i will start with the upper part of the strukturer, turn it and make the lower part.
but i don't know if that is the right way to do it.
also, how do i make sure, that is stays straight and angularly both longitudinally and transversely(google translate)
please look at the pictures, and give me your advices.
ps. nothing is glued together.

You could use right triangle gussets to reinforce the former positions. I do this on aircraft wings to reinforce them if they have internal framing. It will keep them from twisting.

I used hot-melt glue on the last “egg-crate” frame I made. I put it only in the right-angle intersections. It cools off slowly, giving you time to position the frame pieces and hold them at right angles until the glue is rigid. You can see how I did it here. I should note that this is the ONLY place I use hot-melt glue. Gussets are, as noted, another good option.
