An excellent beginning, Michael.

It appears that several fine cruiser model kits are appearing these days.

This one is most welcome.

Thanks for posting this thread. I've been building the Helena from this publisher, and I've been wondering about the Colombo.

I will watch your progress with great interest.

These Dom Bumagi kits are clearly of high quality and laser-cut frames and metal fittings appear to be available for them. Has anyone seen a catalog of all their ship kits?

I have been unable to find their home site, but did find that Moduni offers, in addition to the Helena and the Colombo, the Russian 1901 light cruiser, Boyarin (Bojarin), and the Italian WWII Navigatori-class destroyer, Leon Pancaldo. Dom Bumagi

I wonder if there are others.

Don

Dumb question: Did this model come with the laser cut frames and metal barrels or did you purchase these separately?

Thanks,

Greg

Hello,

in Germany we say there are no stupid questions only stupid answers. You must buy the parts separately, also lasercut, barrels and Fotoetching Parts.
