Japanese Sub I-400 in 1/200 for free

Dear All:

While I was surfing the net I stumbled into a Japanese site that contained a true chimera a submarine aircraft carrier.
I have been looking for one of these for many years.
If you found it already, well please post your progress pics.
I hope you enjoy it.

As sub that is an aircraft carrier? Did they planes just land, refuel and take off when the sub was not submerged?

the aircraft supposedly were ditched at sea, and the pilots picked up by the sub

In the link there is a pic with the plane on the sub. When was the plane on the sub? To transport before takeoff? And I suppose that was while not submerged or did the transport also work submerged? Sounds like a Gary Anderson movie :-)

The plane, in its folded configuration was stored in the "tube" between the catapult rail and the conning tower
