There is a building thread at Konradus with photos of the process:
WWW.KONRADUS.COM - FORUM MODELARZY KARTONOWYCH - [R/G] Koga Elbl±ska z 1350 r. - MM 9/2000, 1:100
Maybe that can help you as reference.

Here are another threads with this model converted into 1:75 and built of wood: Forum Koga • Zobacz temat - Koga elbląska - Koga Portal - Modele - Żaglowce - Statki - Okręty - Forum modelarskie (not finished) and Forum Koga • Zobacz temat - Koga Elbląska 1:75 - Koga Portal - Modele - Żaglowce - Statki - Okręty - Forum modelarskie (very detailed full log)

I made her many years ago and remember, that hull planks are very difficult to match. I had to cut planks into shorter parts to adjust them. Think about filling the hull with some stuff and finishing it with some modeling putty. If not, don't expect to make the hull nice and rounded.

Best
Tomek

Are you sure that deck's planks should go transverse?
