Hello friend off Deep water Explorer

thank you all for Posts

now letīs go on

Incidentally, the submarine stand is being built. Reinforce the base plate with 3 mm, the side parts with 0.9 mm Finn cardboard

Fuselage parts 1 to 4 are assembled, the fit is perfect

Yours sincerely
Kurt

Welcome Davej

The reinforced side panels are covered with paper strips at the edges ... and glued together to form a stand

Of course, I can also use this as a mounting device

Yours sincerely
Kurt

Excellent work so far!

In looking at photos of the real thing, I notice there are some ripples or bumpiness on the outer skin; paper would be a perfect medium for replicating that. (Except the uninformed might think it was bad modeling....)

Hi Kevin , welcome again

Hello dhanners , thank you for the Pictures , now I can make mistakes

Hi Michael , jes the Display Looks good , perhaps I Change the Color , I am Looking Forward

and now letīs go on …

Before fixing frame W2, the frames W3 / W4 are prepared ... and adapted on a trial basis

To achieve a perfect finish of the frame with the leading edge, I glue on the inside with light pressure ...
I have to be careful that they do not stick tabs in front

Yours sincerely
Kurt

Now glue the frames W3 to W8 ... according to the plan
With the parts 5 to 8 for the cladding, it is now very exciting

Yours sincerely
Kurt

First glue part 6 down ... then pull up the sides

Glue Part 7 only at the middle frame first - let it dry well ... then fix the side parts again

Yours sincerely
Kurt
