I bought it at polish equivalent of ebay (ebay never got traction here) - here is link to seller which I bought it from https://allegro.pl/oferta/wak-4-16-z...100-7105002854 (it is some hobby shop from Poland, they seem to ship in europe but prices seem steep).
I've also looked right now at publisher page, and they list it as available - https://www.wak.pl/allege-darles-p-683.html

In my opinion it is better to get it from publisher. Originally kit had one frame missing and one plank printed in error and publisher includes printed errata. Kit, which I bought from hobby shop above, also had errata included.
