Quote:
When merging the lower and upper parts of the hull there will be a strip along the waterline to mask any imperfections.

That's quite a complex egg crate you have assembled! It is always a great pleasure to see your exceptionally clean and precise work.
I note that the big Seatrout is currently in the North Sea heading toward Antwerp from Bilbao (https://www.marinetraffic.com/en/ais...essel:SEATROUT). Don |

Thanks Don! I've always got a special appreciation for Peter Brandt's designs, and this is another nice one.
Back in 2017 the original had an oopsie on the Schelde river: https://safety4sea.com/tanker-ground...r-off-antwerp/

I'm still building, but running a bit behind on updates. So here's a bit of progress on the bow section:

I always enjoy seeing images of your work in progress. Everything looks very cleanly cut and precisely assembled.

Hi Don, the yellow line is part of the helideck perimeter.
Here is the skin on the bow section above water, and merging the section above and below the waterline.

Thanks Don!
Here is the same for the stern section, and a test fitting (even though the two sections will remain separate).
