Ship plans for Mary Rose needed.
Following is from a ship modeling friend, perhaps someone here has needed info that I may forward.
BP I am looking for a specific set of plans of the Mary Rose, 2 sheets, drawn by Raymond Aker in 1982.* The plans are in the book*How We Found the Mary Rose*by Alexander McKee.* If anyone can let me know where I can obtain a set of these plans, please let me know. Thank you for your attention. Cheers, |

I'd be more than curious to see those, too. I wonder if it was for the original layout or the refit that made her top heavy.
Wow, Raymond Aker did a lot of historical work on a lot of ships, but didn't find what you are looking for. I don't know where this is from (via Pintrest), but it is supposedly a cut-away This was interesting, https://www.submerged.co.uk/mary-rose/ These folks might be able to point you in the right direction, https://maryrose.org/ And there is always the book itself, https://www.bing.com/search?q=How+We...1CE30D3DB2436D

Bob - probably the definitive refer on the Mary Rose is this - Conway Maritime Press/Publishing "Anatomy of the Ship Mary Rose".
https://www.amazon.com/Tudor-Warship...al-text&sr=1-1 I have a copy and it has all the plans and detail one could wish. I see also it is available in Kindle - adequate if someone is not trying to use the plans for working off.
