Obviously, advice from those teachers is always very welcome. Every day something (or a lot) new is learned.

This is very different to regular cardmodel construction technique. I am learning a lot from watching. Rust marks - I agree they are a little prominent, but partly the reason is the huge contrast against an otherwise pristine hull surface. You can also consider fixing the other way: weather more, not less. All weathering are part of an artistic expression, I accept the loss of realism with that.

Thanks for the constructive comment .... I will post some new pictures, paint faded when is dry and also gave another light coat of painting, so lines are not visible that much ,also pictures were taken in big zoom, as I said before this is first time I am painting model so dont be surprise to see lots of mistakes from my side hopefully I learn something

It's always the hardest part when weathering, knowing when to hold back. Less is more and learning how to apply it subtly is an art on it's own. I tend to over-weather a lot with my models but I also like the way they look, and tend to build a lot of models that do get very dirty so I can get away with it.

You're doing a great job of it Tom, the best way to learn is to just jump in and do it and you can learn from mistakes and constructive criticism, as you have already mentioned. It's looking good so far and I look forward to seeing more.

Thank you jaffro for your comment. I thought that painting would be the easier part of modeling, but quickly learn that is not I know there are some people that are so strict in the way models should look like ,but for me it is supposed to be fun... And experimenting is part of it ,otherwise it is hard to learn something. Your models even too dirty are always looking great so dont stop making them the way you want to express them I just hope that one day I will build something as real as possible with all help and comments from real modelers I noticed that the only way to improve is to post your mistakes so people can correct me

Great looking hull. One minor error, the twin screws counter rotate. The pitch on the port side prop should be reversed.

This is why you should not build models at night I was just looking on the drawing and for some reason I built two screws based on the same drawing. Thank you for keeping eye on my build, best part of the forum is that you are not alone problem fixed right in the morning....
