Eilat K-40 destroyer
The Eilat destroyer, which marked the military K-40, has been in the service of the Israeli Navy since 1956 and was sunk in 1967 by Egyptian missiles. 47 people were killed and 91 sailors were injured in the incident. A total of 180 people were on board
The destroyer was created for the British Royal Navy, entered service in 1944 under the name HMS Zealous, carried a fleet number R-39. Looks like an older model. Never really though about learning Hebrew, but might make an interesting project in translating into English... I downloaded the pdf and appreciate you sharing it.
