The Destroyers from the Scurry (The fastest) series are a series of destroyers, which were built in the Soviet Union for the Soviet navy in the post-World War II period. 70 destroyers of this model were built in the years 1949–1953.

If I'm not mistaken this is project 30bis class destroyer.Some pictures of egyptian destroyers show modification by replacement of torpedo armament with rockets.

This is Soviet destroer Skoryy class or 30bis project like name this ship in Russia. There isn't mistake.
