Thank you for sharing Abraham:

To me looks like a Type 35 German Torpedo boat. The T-600 may refer to the nominal 600 tons displacement which in actuality was around 850 tons.

Note the profile on page 3 of the instructions, and in the frontal plane you may see the German eagle with the extended wings on top of the shield.
And note in part 19b it has been obscured by a triangle.
