Great model! The details in this scale are amazing! And I especially like your work on the underwater hull and the colors!

Well done!

The original model is waterline. I added it out of nowhere.
-I turned the paddle wheel into a whole circle.
-I laminated and sanded the hull from 2 mm cardboard sheets.
-The keel and rudder were then glued to the hull.

I hope the pictures help.

Sorry for the bad English. Google Translate helps ...

Thank you for your kind words, I hope that the sequel will be successful ...

First, don't apologize for your English. It's fine. I've found that most people here on this forum are not grumpy grammarians but modellers who come here to learn and appreciate each others' work--and yours is fine work. Second, thanks for showing how you did the underwater hull and paddlewheel. That shiny, red hull is a fine piece of kit modification.

Hi everyone!
I designed the barge and the balloon based on the inspirations below. Then I started assembling and making the parts.

I imagine the last petal on the lower portion of the balloon was a bit tedious

Nice work Joe.
Notice all the spectators in the background of that first image waiting to see that balloon lift off.

It was my first time making a balloon so it wasn't boring. I was tense all along. I was afraid it would turn out bad...
