The slotted bulwark and boat davit details are very fine indeed. Very cool

This appears to be a complex ship.
The lifeboats look so modern.
Perhaps they should be called "escape pods".
I have seen some of them designed to "launch" downward into the sea.
They seem to be completely sealed up.

Making progress if slow.

I found a drawing error with the mid-ships crane. Part 95 and 95a. Basically 95a has the cross beam, not 95 as shown in the drawing. It could a bit of a slow while I tried to make sure I was putting things together correctly. Still not sure overall but it looks good. Also have the mast done. Have to get some pictures taken of it and the aft equipment boom.

Here are the pics of the mast complex and aft boom crane. You have to plan out the aft crane. It has multiple parts that match each side. So they have to be installed while the glue is still soft so that they can be lined up. With my fat fingers, it took a bit of doing.

Beautiful work on your mast and crane. Quite literally, a lot of moving parts. If you had to do this with the glue in a just-so state, that strikes me as quite a timing feat.

I don't see any "fat fingers" in those photos.
The aft crane mechanism looks nice.

All done and "launched". It does look great all complete. There are a few parts not numbered on the plan so you have to search the drawing and the model to locate the installation. A good guess helps. LOL The helo's went together nicely as did the ships boats. I usually have problems with these. You go through a few blades on this one. Was a fun build, now on to the next one (JSC Manifest Lipcowy).
