Micromodels they have one in their British Fighting Ships series. Maly Modelarz they have one I think at one time. I am sure there is other.

Lala is right, at least 2 others, including presently available from ShipYard in 1/96 scale.

I have the Maly Modelarz model of this ship in 1/200 scale. It was realeased in 2005, and looks to be a nice kit. Zillions of little parts, though:o
