Plan liaoning 1:800

this one came from China, their first aircraft carrier (CMIIW). It's quite unique , she was ex-Soviet aircraft carrier Varyag (Kuznetsov class), which was only 68% completed and floating in Ukraine source

I start design and building partially in the middle of QE construction. I'm easily distract to another model

Here's some early 3d design

cheers

An excellent project. It's a good-looking ship and your model is capturing the appearance very well.

tekzo you forgot about bow deck elevation - "springboard". This part works instead of catapulta. Crane with tracking system and mast of radio system are absent on the starboard in the bow part.

I took part in the construction of this ship when the USSR was alive. It was a very interesting experience.

I already set up for the springboard (please see my 3d attachment), base on ship 3view, but kinda looks flat from this angle. Thanks for your notice.

It was mixed happiness: technique versus beliefs.

WOW! That is a lot of very tiny aircraft parts. Keep up the great work.
