Beginning of the build of the HMS Repulse From GreMir. It is bigger than I thought, Have to find room for it when I am done!.
After laminating to thick card I am in the process of cutting out the frames.

Well...
It is a monster of a ship and the fact that all parts fitt on a Letter size paper is deceiving
Despite this I know you will do an excellent job building her.

Looking forward to this, Padre! I have the book and have been rather intimidated by it! Good luck!

Monster? You said "monster"? It is the biggest model I ever built.
After laminating, cutting and gluing I am ready to sand and then move on to the hull plating.

Not bad at all!! The walnut it's sitting on is rather nice too. Is that a writing desk made to look like a piano, or is it actually a miniature pianola inside the case??

Best Regards,
Julian (Fozzy The Bear)

Old upright Piano, bought cheap for wood. Gutted inside, cut middle out and made smaller, used originally for my Commodore 64 computer. Then and now changed to T.V. stand and bookcase below. T.V. is behind doors, where the keys used to be is storage for wires, paper modeling tools, etc.

This is one big model, have to be careful when swinging it around to wok on one side or the other.
