Attached is the most recent version of the spreadsheet v 1.5 (dated 20-3-2022), click on this link for the drawings. Added some British and Canadian built WW2 standard ships and some US destroyers.
As a sample a picture of the GA-plan for SS Harry Lundeberg, Panama flagged Dry Cargo vessel. Built in Canada as a Victory type Dry Cargo Ship. The Canadian Victory type (not to be confused with the US built Victory ships) was based upon drawings from J L Thompson, Sunderland and could be considered as a full cousin of the US built Liberty ship

Attached is a new version of the spreadsheet v 1.6 (dd april 26 2022)

All pdf files now have a cover photo; when possible the cover photo is from the same period as the drawings. In the rare cases I could not find any photo of a certain ship I added a photo of a sistership.

All drawings have been found in the public domain; links to the original download location (if still available) can be found in the description

Click here to go to the collection of drawings

have fun!!!

I have a question about the pennant nr of HMAS Australia. Found out she had the letter of her pennant nr changed several times: I84 - D84 - C84

Could anybody tell me what nr HMAS Australia had in 1928?

Last week I requested the Webarchive team to give my collection (of personal uploads) an official status as Webarchive collection, with it's own name and url. And so they did.
It's now possible to find the collection just by typing it's new name "Ship Design Drawings" in the Webarchive's search engine.

It will take me some time to figure out all new features, but I hope to make the collection as easily accessible as possible.

Outstanding work. I like the way that you have provided historical information and links to relevant sites for additional material.

Another update of the spreadsheet v 1.74 (dd 20-06-2022).

This will probably the last time I post an updated spreadsheet in this thread, as I've decided to start uploading the most recent version of the spreadsheet to the Webarchive. You can find the spreadsheet here:

** - Ship Design Drawings Index

I'll update the spreadsheet after each upload session and I will try to keep on uploading files every week, so visit the ** - Ship Design Drawings Index page from time to time to see what's new

Click here to go to Ship Design Drawings on the Webarchive

The newest files are some US tankers, US submarines and (see attached sample pic) a Norwegian whaler (former Flower Class Corvette)
