The models look great, as I Dutchman I'm very pleased to see it's release.

Forgive me, I don't want to be the pain in the ass here, but "Holland" is an incorrect name for my country. In modern times "Holland" is nothing else than a brand name, kept alive for tourists who want to believe the fairy tale of wooden shoes, windmills, tulips, stroopwafels, Heineken and more......

Please watch this video, as the difference between Holland and The Netherlands will be explained:

The Battle of the Java Sea was exactly 80 years ago this weekend. Princess Beatrix, former Dutch queen, was present at a memorial service in The Hague on saturday.

On the table some artefacts that could be salvaged during a 2016 expedition to the Java Sea. One of the findings of the expedition was that big parts of the shipwrecks had been unlawfully salvaged for scrap metal.
The winebottle comes from HrMs Java
