A few more white spots covered. Building the guns was fun, as was the anchor derrick. I still need to work on depth of field with my new camera or switch to auto :(

Good work on the torpedo boat B-manic.

I really like your "Lego stand". Good use of PLASTIC to hold up PAPER.:D

Thanks guys - gotta love the Lego. I tried a couple more shots with the new camera. One with flash and one without. Its been a few years since I used a SLR camera so my results are not very consistent. The killer pink bunny is courtesy of my daughter.

cheers

Oh yes. You got a couple of terrific images there!
The first one shows some nice detail on the aparatus on the bow (perhaps an anchor hoise?) Looks like you even have a bit of rigging on it.

Nice work Douglas, looks very nice, smaller than I thought, too. I think my son would like that one...

Thanks guys I appreciate the feedback.

The structure on the foc'sle is indeed for lifting the anchor and has a cable between the two pulleys. This model is pretty small but, it is well represented in this scale.

Where are you @ on this. Looking for more postings of this most excellent build. One of my favorites. Wish could get blown up to 1/72 scale?Rick
