NJL Togo, GfM, upscaled 1:200

Hi,
at the beginning of 2006 I built the upscaled NJL Togo.
NJL = Nacht Jagd Leitschiff that means night fighter controll ship.
The sheets come with 1:250 scale which I transformed to 1:200. Included is a transparency with railings, radar antennas, depth charge racks etc which I used to draw etch-transparencies. Barrels, twin and quad AAs are from GPM.

Hi Phil, hi Chris,

I did the radar antennas before I started building the ship, they are such a dominating feature, if they didn`t come out fine I wouldn`t have started the build.

I just today saw pictures of this model at a show, and Google led me here! I am a fan of Togo, and I am impressed with your model! What kit did you base this off of, please? Very impressive!

What a beautiful little gem you've done.
I particularly appreciate the perfect blending of the retro look of the design of parts, showing the edge lines combined with the intricate philigrane of the radars.
Well done
