Digital Navy IJN Yamato

Here are a few in progress shots of my Yamato, The kit is awsome and has been alot of fun to build.. the instructions are a bit vague in some places and you have to really be on your toes.
I have had to go and look at other built models of this kit to figure out where some parts go, but for the most part its a GREAT kit...hope you enjoy and thanks for looking...Craig

Craig, your Yamato is astounding! Probably a really lame question...Have you built ships prior to this one? The reason I ask is that I'm looking to build something after my Bergepanther and yours is *very* inspiring. I don't have any ship experience at all but I really think I'd like to build one such as yours.
I can't wait for the rest It's beautiful!

Ron

Hello F18fixer,
This is Digital Navy's biggest ship. I don't think there is another construction report here at PaperModelers on it (although I could be wrong). It is great to see it. I hope you will keep us updated with lots of images. Great work.
Mike
